Im filing this complaint because of the mistreatment of a disabled person who is me. For the past several months Ive had to get my prescriptions from this pharmacy due to insurance complications. For the past several months Ive had to deal with every month depending on which pharmacist is working determines how Im treated and if theyre going to make me wait an extra day or two for me to get my prescriptions. What I mean by how Im treated aside from making me wait an extra day or two for my medication because Im unable to speak the pharmacist and the technicians have started to give me excuses as to why Im being made to wait for my medications. For example Im disabled and unable to speak so yesterday when I tried to show them that Id already paid for my prescription online and that there app said that it was ready for pick up they just told me that its not ready yet and thats just a miscellaneous thing and I have to say that if I was able to speak like I could before they wouldve never tried to give me an excuse like that. Basically Im tired of being treated like because Im disabled and unable to speak they can just tell me whatever they want to and expect me to just leave and wait an extra day for me to be able to get my prescriptions. So instead of them releasing my prescriptions to me on the 29th day which is their policy they make me wait until the 30th day or even a few times theyve made me wait until the 31st day.
