      Had *************************** blindly back into traffic in a marked official use only traverse, I was spinning to avoid him. Laughs at me then calls my work and police because I yelled at him for nearly wrecking my 40 thousand dollar jeep and laughs about it. When I call Ak housing risk management and get *********************** to complain on their employee, ***** calls police back to tell them Im harassing him. My god. Just talk to and punish that jerk. Why use police to keep a complaint from arising? Cowardice. So does alaska housing monitor or give a s*** what their employee does bad things around town? Nope. Try to call and complain and cops will come and tell you to stop calling or they will file harassment charges. This government funded operation needs a heavy review on policies. Im sending this to bbb and corporate offices. No member of the public deserves to be cornered like this.
