    Absolutely horrible customer service.We had been customers for YEARS with several policies and NEVER missed a payment.When I called to cancel our policies, I was not told I had a balance left, or I would have paid. I was told I was all set. Several months later, I receive a letter from a collection agency about one of my previous policies. I NEVER once received mail, been called, emailed, or texted from the agency to let me know there was a balance. Then to find out from the main office, I was put on a do-not email list, unbeknownst to me....this is just poor and inexcusable business practice. Then to have the representative blatantly tell me that they are not Allstate and all they do is collect money....um, I'm sorry, but I thought I was talking with an Allstate agency...Since they neglected to contact me about my balance for SEVERAL months, I don't feel as though I should be responsible for paying them. They didn't even try to work with me or help me in any way solve this. They just simply stated, "Well, we can take your payment now."I would not recommend this Allstate office to anyone now after going through this kind of treatment. Not being willing to work with your customers is a horrible way to run a business.
