    **** and her staff are wonderful people. Unfortunately, claims are now turned over to artificial intelligence algorithms. ************************* was our claims adjuster concerning an accidental incidence of water damage at our home. She is confrontational and pugnacious. Her job is to deny claims. ****** taught me the fact that State Farm is an entitled organized crime syndicate. Im in the process of canceling all remaining policies with State Farm. My experience with ****** pulled back the curtain exposing the fraudulent concept of paying monthly dues to an institution that has no loyalty to its customers. I hope others might be forewarned about the true nature of State Farm. *** discovered im just one of many to share the same experience. Thanks for listening.
