    Closed my account due to a military move. Company will not mail out account refund check. I have reached out to them multiple times to be told one is being mailed. I'm coming up on 6 months of my account being closed and they have not refunded me my money!!

    I have contacted this internet service provider multiple times to seek reasons why my internet is poor. I am barely able to use the internet for my phone. On both occurrences that I called to resolve my issue, I was assured that I would receive a call back to correct my service and get any new equipment upgrades needed. 3 months have passed and I have yet to receive a call back. I pay nearly $100 a month for their lack of service.

    Based. False advertising, I entered into an internet contract for unlimited internet at a lightening fast speed of 25. So false advertising and breach of contract as my speeds have not reached 5. I have been on the phone getting shuffled around - no one can talk , put a manager on the phone, be honest, Foch the problem, give me a time table on when or if fixed. I have lost over $1000 in wages and now have to seek service elsewhere. I used to be with acs this is an abomination to what their service once was. No the refuse to fix it refund my money have any decent answer. If you cant provide then dont lie. Now Im looking at four crimes not trying to hire lawyer but considering it as they wont even let you talk to someone but I wrote down names a time stamps . Those calls recorded. Any way false advertising breach of contract lost wages and possibly a lost job.

    I closed my account with ACS over two years ago and have an approximate credit of $267 on this account. I cannot access this account any longer and I have asked repeatedly for a refund of this credit. When I speak to representatives, I'm told that the refund will be processed and returned to me. Nothing has arrived yet. Each time I contact ACS it appears as though I am filing for this refund from the beginning.My account is associated with the home phone number **************.

    I called acs and canceled my internet in February. They told me they couldn't cancel in the same billing cycle and had to charge another month and then cancel. So already I was required to pay for over a month of additional service. Then, today, I received another bill for another months service due in August. I called them and they said it was my final billing cycle. That's six months. I just want them out of my life and I don't understand why it is so hard to cancel and six months later I am still being billed. I feel trapped by them. Are they allowed to take this long to get their end together? Six months!!!??When screen shotting the invoice, I realized they sent another bill last month I didn't see. So it takes them 5-6 months to figure out how to cancel a customer. **************** cannot explain why it's five months later they just say it's your final billing cycle.

    We've had constant internet issues for the past 6-7 months we had the router replaced and that fixed the issue for a week or two. However internet issues are becoming more and more frequent and we've been ignored.Customer support refuses to tell me what speeds we should be getting.Ignores the images I've sent them of their sever specifically failing a tracert command.Has refused to respond to an *** complaint to the point the *** responded saying as such. Constantly tells us to contact a tech that comes out runs test says everything is fine and then leaves.We are at the point were we are likely to switch to GCI or starlink simply because we can't load ****** at midnight because the service is down for days at a time. We simply want the internet to work that we are paying for.

    I've been trying to get *** to fix their downed trunk line (between poles, not to my house) for six months. The power pole it was attached to was taken out by a tree falling in a storm and the entire power pole had to be replaced. *** never responded to the initial damage. The *** line is now hanging in space, not attached to the new pole. There is a chunk of the old pole still attached and loose wires emerging from some sort of box on the line. I've called, emailed, and sent a photo directly to the company to no avail. This is basic utility infrastructure that should be maintained in good repair.

    On or about the first of May, a large formation of ice fell off the roof on to the deck in my back yard. This chunk of ice was 30 feet long, six to eight inches thick, and two to three feet wide in places. This glacier took out the *** line and the *** line that was attached to my house for service from those utilities. Though I do not use *** for any of their services, I called a day later to both *** and *** to come and get the lines off of my deck, and connect them back to the service outlets. *** responded and repaired their lines a few days later. I have contacted *** on two different calls asking them to come repair the lines. I gave them dates when someone would be home, which was Thursday and Friday, and asked them to please call before coming and as I said I did this twice. No one has called much less come out to repair the lines and it has been almost 3 weeks. Do you think I have any nice things to say about ***? Is this how you would run the customer service end of a business? This is my complaint if you would like to contact me, call me at ************. Thanking you on advance for your help.I don't see an appropriate desired settlement in your listing, so here is what I would like:1. Come fix your dangling wires, and call me at ************ when you are coming.2. Call me and tell me you don't care, and I will have the lines removed from the pole ending any other chance of me doing business with you, and when discussing topics where this type of services comes up, letting those know that the service ASC provides is a joke and not worth even looking into for what ever service they may have.
