    I booked a moving clean out service for my apartment. His apartment. Standard business policy as ***** is to contact the customer at least ***** minutes prior to arrival. They gave absolutely no prior notification, and arrived. At such point, they stated they arrived, and I said I could be their in 20 minutes as I no longer live in the apartment. They simply replied that they would not wait and moved to the next appointment. After me complaining that noone contacted me in advance, they agreed to send someone back and confirmed ***** was meeting me there. I arrived and waiting for 40 minutes. ***** never showed. I informed them, and they stated that she waited for over 20 minutes. That's a complete lie! They then said they could clean the apartment. Please note that they charged my credit card over $300 2 days in advance of scheduled services that were never completed! What a scam! They failed to follow their own business practice of giving advance notice to a customer, refused to provide **********************, and were completely dishonest about having had ***** show up and wait the 2nd trip. I contacted the 888 customer ********************** but noone has ever answered in the numerous times called. I'm now waiting to see of my money will be refunded. Again, what a scam!
