    On June 3, 2022, I contracted Nordic Lawns to mow my lawn at ************************ this season. The first mow was supposed to occur on 6/8. ******** came on 6/9 and mowed a small section of the lawn, leaving 2 large sections un-mowed and none of the lawn was trimmed. I emailed them on 6/10 to say that the job was not completed and provided pictures of the un-mowed and un-trimmed lawn. I received the following email reply from ****** on that same day, "I received your voice **************** Thank you for the pictures. Our crew are on the total opposite end of town today. Anything missed, we always ask for you to reach out to us the day of, so we can send the crew back. I have put several notes in the work order. Hopefully Monday we will get back on track. I am really sorry for the areas missed. Thank you for your patience." ******** returned on 6/13 to complete the mow. Now, Nordic Lawns has invoiced me for separate mows on 6/8 and 6/13. My contention is that I should only be charged for 1 mow. My multiple requests to revise the invoice have been ignored. I am requesting your assistance with getting the duplicate charge removed.
