    Northern knives is a scam. I purchased knives over a month ago and yet to receive them. The company offers a "track My order" box and next to that is a "tracking number" box, You can only put in your order number. They don't provide you a tracking number, it's very suspicious the way it shows the status, I've emailed them and I feel as if Al is responding. It's not an actual customer service rep. ***** several attempts of tracking my order with my order number I did another contact us message and after a month they sent me a tracking number from **** saying that they are sending it back that it was a issue with **** not with them, But I've double-checked. The address is correct. There's no reason for my package to not be delivered. Northern knives has asked me to contact United States postal service to find my package myself and that once they receive it they will refund my money. I've read ******'s reviews after making this purchase And everybody that's leaving the reviews is saying that this business is a scam.

    I ordered a knife from this company on December 1st, 2024. My account was charged $73.81 on December 5th. I received an email confirming my purchase and a link to track my purchase. Tracking link doesn't work because you need the order number and that is not in the email. I sent two emails asking for tracking information and no response. I want my money back or the product I purchased.
