    We received the following email from Alpine Music for my Son's music production company. Please review this company and let me know if this appears to be a legit organization Hi there Were excited to proceed with this collaboration and have made song selections. You will find the details outlined in the attached *********** also like to address specific clauses 3 and 4 in the contract under payment terms:****************, our client, has instituted this payment clause due to their past legal issues concerning percentage cuts. So, to ensure complete transparency and accuracy, they prefer to pay artists directly.Additionally, **************** assumes that the artist and agency operate as one entity. This approach helps maintain clear and fair financial transactions among all parties *********** clarify the payment process, heres how it works:Initial Payment: The full payment of $9,750 will be remitted directly to you by Pico Interactive.Retained Amount: You are authorized to retain $2,860 for your services and the non-exclusive license for the ******************************* to Agency: You will then remit $6,890 to Alpine Music Studios, which will cover the costs for advert editors, content creators, and promoters.For tax purposes, if you will receive the full payment of $9,750 from Pico Interactive. You can create an invoice to Alpine Music Studios for the $6,890 which documents this as a business expense. This way, you are only taxed on the $2,860 that you retain.We understand this adds a step for you, so Alpine Music would cover any transfer fees incurred.If you have any questions or need further clarification regarding this clause or any other aspect of the contract, please let me know.
