On March 25, I went n got my nails done, I asked for short nails. I paid 80 dollars, plus a tip. They were too long and I had a hard time cooking meals. I went to have them shortened, they shortened the thumbs, I gave the lady 5 bucks. The day before Easter, I went back to shorten the rest. They made an appointment for Easter. I went in and the original lady shortened them, any old way, crooked and ruined one nail. I paid 8 dollars plus a tip. April 2, I went back to take the nails off, my nails look terrible. Paid 25 dollars to remove. No tip.

Customer was given options for length during the first appointment and was asked multiple times if it was within her standards to which she agreed too. She then returned to shorten them two additional times as they were too long, but still asked if it was within her standards and agreed upon. The last visit was for a soak off which is an additional cost. A soak off consists of soaking the acrylic nails in a bowl of warm acetone which is drying to the skin. After washing hands, moisturizer of some sort is needed as well as time for the skin to recoup. Posted in the salon are signs stating all sales are final and no refunds but, due to the inconvenience we are willing to offer a one time refund in the form it was received. Please come in at your earliest convenience in order to do so.

    Respectfully,
