I am nothing short of irritated by the lack of service or complaint response from Lithia KIA of Anchorage. I bring in for an oil and filter change, only to find two days later total engine oil depletion resulting in an engine seize. Lithia didnt want to take responsibility so they tried dealing with my extended warranty to cover the engine block with no avail until at the last minute but by then they had me tow vehicle since it had been a month.I have attorney general mediating, I contacted Lithia Cares legal **** as well after a month of lack of communication, run around, and multiple email and phone conversation. I have maintained a timeline of events, and a rude email by the General Manager who feels its not his job to handle complaints or customer issues. This establishment has caused others in my community heartache and poor customer relations. I hope I find Justice or next is small claims.

If you want to be scammed by a bunch of felon ex-con drug dealers be ready to be hustled! My wife bought a ********* only went there because there are samoan car sales men that we thought we could trust. After my experience, I've learned they take advantage of Polynesian people that can barely understand English or understand the interest rate! When my wife went there she was connected with ***************************. My wife was just going to look at cars but after meeting with ******* off course he talked to her in to buying a car that was over 20% interest rate. I was at work and asked ******* to hold off because my wife don't understand *********** want to be there to double check on what she's signing. He made comments to her like "who runs the relationship and made her feel bad that she can't make her own decisions. I've spoken to many other Polynesian people that have bought a car from *********** all got the same experience! High interest rates or high down payments. The ** and staff were not helpful on this complaint. I hope they investigate these sales man of taking advantage of people that don't speak English & understand their high interest/deposit deal. They claim to speak the language but they don't fully. I didn't think I needed to do my background check but my wife said all the tattoos should have given her a sign. I understand everyone have a 2nd chance in life but when you hustling people by making your commission knowing the person understand the deal, you a fraud! I tried to rate no star to warn you all to not buy a car from *******************

My car-buying experience with Lithia Kia of Anchorage has been a complete nightmare. I purchased a vehicle from them on April 29th, and I was assured that it was covered under warranty and extended warranty. However, just one week after the purchase, I started experiencing issues with the vehicle. The child locks couldn't be disabled, and the security alarms would randomly go off.Naturally, I tried to reach out to the sales representative who sold me the car. I left multiple messages via text, voicemail, emails, and even hand-delivered notes, but unfortunately, none of my attempts received a response. Frustrated, I went to the dealership in person to report the issues. They scheduled an appointment for me with the service center, but it was a whole month away. I called multiple times to see if I could get an earlier appointment, but no luck. Eventually, my appointment came around, but by that time, my car had developed more serious problems: the hazard lights wouldn't turn off, and the trunk would randomly open, leading to my car's battery draining.I dropped off my car for repairs, only to be told that the warranty didn't cover the repair costs. This came as a shock since I was initially assured that the warranty would cover any necessary repairs when I bought the car. They quoted me a staggering $3000 to fix the issues with the vehicle. The lack of communication and transparency from the dealership staff has been incredibly frustrating. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal, and I'm left feeling like nobody there is competent or willing to help.In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from Lithia *** to steer clear of them. They were quick to sell me a faulty car and have completely ignored my attempts to address the issues and concerns I've had. This experience has left me feeling scammed and taken advantage of.
