    I ordered by accident and also the wrong size. I wanted to order more but it would not let me. I ask for a refund.

    I ordered a Mardi Gras t-shirt and a St. *******'s *** t-shirt as pre-order sales, on February 3, 2023. Neither item has shipped as of 2/25. I contacted the merchant and was told the Mardi Gras shirt was ready to ship 2/7 but because the other shirt was not, they held it until both are available. Mardi Gras is over. I no longer need the shirt. I requested cancelation and was told I can't cancel. I went to the website and see nothing about holding pre-order items to ship together. In fact, I never hot an order confirmation via email. This is unacceptable. These business practices are unethical.

    Customer placed order on February 3th which was a Saturday and first business day was the 5th. Preorders ship in 2-4 weeks from the next business day order is placed as stated on our website. Where is also noted that if customer wants items to ship separately they are welcome to place separate orders. As by shipping separately we will need to pay **** multiple shipping fees. Order will ship this early coming week well within timeframe stated above. We don't allow item or order cancellations as we order items based on customers order. I have attached our shipping policy were all this information is located which link to shipping policy was provided to customer.

    This is incorrect. I have searched these website and there is nothing about separate orders. If they are claiming this now, they recently added the verbiage. 

    Also, it's been 4 weeks. Where is my order? St. *******'s Day is two weeks away. 

    I will never order from them again. Buyers should be aware!

    They did not send me an order confirmation when I placed this order 2/3. How can they lie and say the shipping policy was emailed to me? Shouldn't it be on the website when I was ordering? I've gone to their site and searched. They are either lying or the verbiage is hidden.
