    We had the interior of our house painted prior to moving in. Our house sitter called us after the job because there were so many noticeable flaws. Some of the more major flaws included large drip marks down ******************* large brush stroke areas where previous paint color was still visible, splatters on many surfaces, including multiple 1-3 in drops on carpet, sloppy edge and trim, and multiple areas that had outright not been painted. There were also many pieces of hardware, vents, doors, and blinds not reinstalled. Upon reaching out, they agreed to meet & fix the issues. After spending a brief amount of time at the house, we were told they were done. Upon looking, it was clear the concerns had not been fixed. After reaching out again, they returned for a longer period of time. We agreed to a Facetime walk through. On this call, the areas we were able to see looked like they had been improved. Upon moving in, we were shocked by the number of flaws in the paint. We reached out immediately, as theres supposedly a one year warranty. I requested to speak with the owner, and was told he is not in state and that ******** runs the business. We voiced our disappointment and were told that we had already approved of the job over Facetime. We brought up the warranty, and they agreed to come back out. 5/21, ******** set an appointment for 6/20, saying she was ill & that was her soonest time. We confirmed it, but got no response. Followed up on 6/7 and received no response. Got a message midday on 6/11 that she was in the neighborhood and could swing by. We responded saying we were unavailable until the evening, to which we got no response. Reached out again on 6/17 to confirm appt and received a response on 6/18 that she was ill again and would update us at a later time. We asked that she would set a date for an appointment & have received no response. As of 6/27 weve decided to fix the flaws ourselves, despite Alaska Supreme Painting's supposed warranty.
