      DATE OF TRANSACTIONS WERE 2023/12/20 WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR SAME ITEM OR SERVICE FROM BUSINESS. THIS BUSINESS TOLD ME AT THE **** OF THE FIRST TRANSACTION THAT DID NOT GO THROUGH AND TO TRY AGAIN I TRIED WITH ANOTHER CARD.       I am personally looking to see if the card was charged twice.  If so, a refund will be issued immediately.  

      Thank you for bringing this to my attention.  I believe my crew thought this was an authorization that sometimes shows up on a statement for a few days then falls off.  This does not sound like that and it will be addressed.

      I contacted my merchant account provider and they could not find a charge for either $34.91 or $38.20 with a card ending in x8942.

      If the charge was made with a different card, please forward the last four digits of that card so I may continue my research.

      I did respond to the complaint.  I do not shoe any charges for those amounts on that date with the card number provided.  Could I please get the following information:

      Date charged, the total amount and the last 4 of the card number.

      Thank you for providing the last four of the credit card numbers.  Now I am able to log into the system and find the transactions and credit the proper accounts.  You should see a credit appear within 3-4 business days.
