    This is a horrible property management business. After a record setting winter of snowfall, my emails went unanswered for months and showing up in person leads to gatekeeper assistants that can't answer simple questions. When I finally did speak to ***, the owner, she was condescending and patronizing with utter disregard for safety or personal property. Literally ice fell off the roof, that I had been inquiring for months about removal, 4 feet away from me. This destroyed the hood of my car and could have hurt anyone walking near the property. All she could say was that the *** agreement doesn't cover vehicle damage. OK, what about the safety of people that live and pay your exorbitant dues every month? How about don't speak to me in a condescending way and tone as if I am asking for a favor instead of a service I am paying for every month? Don't tell me that "not everyone is suitable to live in an ***". No, not everyone is suitable to run an *** is the real issue here.

    Worst property management company ever - they put their residents at risk and have no concern about life/safety issues affecting their tenants. They will treat you like a second class citizen and ignore a fire alarm that has been randomly going off for 2 years now, after they advised it was a good investment for the property. Wrong! I'm not sure how this establishment continues to operate when they are putting people's lives in danger and failing to resolve the *very expensive* issues that they have created for the residents at the property they manage. Worst customer service, worst everything. I'd advise against using this company for your rentals unless you want to pay to have the hugest headache and unnecessary stress ever.

    ******, I am sorry that you are so unhappy at the property. Yes, the system has been challenging at best. The ***** of ********* is in the process of approving a new system. The ********** and Yukon Fire are in constant contact with our office and assure that the system is functioning as designed. The beeping you hear is not the Fire Alarm going off but rather a trouble signal alerting us that there is a low battery in a unit smoke detector. As for customer service our office has a great relationship with the owner of the unit you are leasing. Please direct your issues to your landlord and we will continue to respond. Again, I apologize, we too hope the issue will be resolved soon. Have a nice day. ****************

    To clarify to Snows Management - I am very happy living here when your company is not neglecting to provide basic management services to ensure the residents may live here peacefully, and I do not appreciate that passive aggressive comment. The fire chiefs office confirmed you will be replacing the defective fire unit, years later, and for that I am grateful despite the delay. You still have not replaced the lock on my mailbox that was vandalized a year ago, reported to you through my landlord, who has also expressed frustration in regard to your lack of addressing issues. When May I receive mail here again where I pay to reside? I appreciate your response, but hope you can be more honest and transparent next time instead of trying to cover up ongoing issues. Navigating your company and services you are supposed to provide continues to be difficult.

    The worst property management firm I have encountered in 20 years living in *********. Horrible customer service, horrible business practice, lazy work documentation, and my concern for intimidation tactics. I would NEVER hire them for my rentals. Read other review sources, and you will understand.
