      n 2019 I was misdiagonsed by sleep centers of Alaska in ********* of sleep Apnea. The actual condition I have is AS which is fusing my spinal column twisting my trunk making breathing more difficult (not life threating but it takes more effort to inflate the lungs) Being sleep centers of Alaska misdiagnosed the condition the reccomended CPAP did not work, as the amount of air flow needed kept blowing the mask off my face. Numerous calls and visits to the sleep center resulted in no resolution of stopping the billing for treatment that was not working. Insurance stopped paying after 3 months, when the sleep center could not provide proof the treatment was working. During this time COVI shut downs started, and the sleep center refused to take the cpap machine back. Fast forward two years and they contacted cornerstone, and I refused to pay for treatments that did not work and where the clinic refused to take back their cpap. Today 10-14-2022 I attempted once again to turn in the cpap machine, and they said they would not do that unless I took another sleep study. I do not want their services.
