    I contracted with the business to prepare my 2023 taxes. This include my personal taxes and related business taxes. The business owner requested payment which I paid, but since that payment I have had no communication regarding delivery of my tax returns and their review. I have sent multiple texts, emails, and left voice messages, but have not received any responses. The tax submittal deadline is approaching and I have no returns to submit

    2021-2023 Tax preparation. Our original tax representative passed away. She suggested *****************************. Currently I'm filing a compliant for the recent tax year 2023 filing. We paid $450.00 on 2/26/24 as an up front payment that was requested as prepayment. We paid $350.00 on 4/10/24 as the final payment, signed and dated our tax forms electronically to then be filed same day. As of today IRS still doesn't show our taxes have been filed electronically. I have called repeatedly (only receiving electronic message to leave voicemails, I have emailed on 2/3 separate occasions since 4/17, I have also uploaded on app portal that IRS shows no information. To date my husband nor I have received a response from anyone at the business. For our 2021 filing our messages were ignored and a polite email was sent explaining the trust that needs to be built through communication. ********* (AKA: *****) finally responded and apologized and said will do better in short got our taxes done and filed within a couple of months. In 2022 she did much better with communication until the final signatures and payments were made and again she didn't finish the electronic filling process had to message many times 2022 for same reason until finally she replied with weird and then ***** hours later IRS showed having information. Now 2023 filing completed paid and signed for on 4/10/24 still doesn't show filed via IRS website. We left a voicemail 4/27 that if we did not here back from someone or see the info on IRS website by Tuesday we would file a report with BBB. When attempting to upload PDF documents below it said issue Error while uploading your file please try again. Tried times same error message.
