    This company towed my trailer. They punched a hole in the side panel and damaged the front stand. The hole is at the exact hieght of the flat bed trailer. The hole actually matches the thickness of the flat bed trailer. The company will not except responsibility for the damages. On 1.30.2024 After confirming the price over the phone 3 times with the manager, I go down to pay for the trailer. The manager does not give me my change. I had to ask, where is my change. He then shorts me $30.00. The manager of this location is a *****. I would assume his employees are the same way.

    Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to express my grave concerns and file a formal complaint against 24/7 Towing, located in *********, Alaska, for their conduct on November 13, 2023, along with potential violations of Alaska towing statutes and suspected non-compliance with municipal licensing requirements.On the date above, my truck was immobile due to icy road conditions on the New ********************. After contacting 24/7 Towing and receiving a quote of $185, I was astounded when the service ended with a demand for $585. This 'bait and switch' tactic violates ethical business practices and contravenes Alaska towing statutes. My vehicle was unhooked and re-hooked by a different truck and driver, then moved to a different location, in clear violation of Alaska statutes that mandate a towed vehicle should not be offloaded or disconnected post-hookup, except at an appropriate vehicle storage yard or facility, unless directed by an enforcement officer.Furthermore, I have compiled reviews from past customers of 24/7 Towing, which illustrate a pattern of similar deceptive practices. These reviews, alongside my experience, strongly suggest a systematic issue within the company.I am also concerned about the licensing and compliance of the company's tow operators. Under ********* Municipal Code 9.54.035, all tow operators must have a current municipal business license, which should be conspicuously displayed on their tow trucks and persons. I suspect several drivers of 24/7 Towing may not possess valid licenses, violating municipal regulations and posing a risk to public safety.Given these serious issues, I urge an internal investigation into 24/7 Towing to ensure compliance with all towing laws and licensing requirements. I also request a refund adjustment from the inflated charge of $585 to the initially quoted price of $185.     Date: July 26, 2023 Paid $327.71 Was told that a driver would arrive to change my tire within 45 minutes. 2.5 hours later I called them back asking for the drivers location. They proceeded to give me the phone number of the "driver in route". When I called the driver, he told me that the third party I paid, refused to give them any form of payment so they weren't coming. I called 24/7 towing back and they told me they were sorry and they would have their billing department call me back in a couple days to refund my money back. I then had to call a different towing company and pay for the second time for someone to come out to change my tire. I paid them for a service which was to have someone come out to change my tire.... and they never provided me the service. The fact that they gave me the phone number to the supposed drivers who were coming to change my tire and they proceed to tell me they aren't coming because they were never paid was beyond humiliating. If I pay for a service, and the service wasn't provided: is the definition of a scam. I feel violated.

    We received a flat tire after pumping gas on Sunday, June 18, 2023. During our attempts to work with 24/7 Towing Services LLC, starting Sunday, June 18 at approximately 4p, which ended near midnight, Monday, June 19. *********************, and our four kids were stuck on Interstate I-22 (********, **) without a drivable vehicle for over 6 hours. Based on the supporting documentation, we have yet to receive service from 24/7 Towing ******** Services were promised during the initial call within 1 hour from approximately 5:30p (CST), then services were delayed after the initial 1-hour commitment. Then an additional 1.5 hours was added to our initial time due to an emergency. While checking on the status of the repairs, we were instructed by the 24/7 Towing Service that we would need to spend the night, and they would find someone in the morning. It was around 8 pm when a storm was pending, and shelter was needed for the 6 of us in the van. The situation was only fixed because we paid out of pocket for a new tire and a hotel to put our kids in for safety due to being on the side of the interstate for over 6 hours. There is no reason whatsoever that 24/7 Towing Services LLC could not fulfill their contractual obligations for service, placing my entire family in ***** way. While stating we denied service. We were committed to service within 1 hour, then 1 hour became 3 hours, and 3 hours became overnight. All while being exceptionally rude and nasty to both **************** during every call. While attempting to have us say we are denying service. ******* or ****** did not ever refuse or deny service. The services were never rendered, and the outlined supporting documentation shows this is a pattern of behavior for 24/7 Towing Services LLC. 27/4 Towing Services LLC created and maintained a grossly negligent and fraudulent situation for my family due to the lack of response from 247 Towing Services LLC.
