    I took my brand new ***** Colorado to have a spray in bed liner installed. When I left and got home I realized that rear view camera no longer worked. I immediately brought it back to them and they fiddles around with some wires and got it working. Soon after that it stopped working again. I took it back to them and they inspected it and determined that it was a manufacturer defect and that I needed to take it to the dealer, which I did. The next day the dealer sent me pictures of where they had sprayed the bed coating material all over the electronics and mechanism in the tail gate. At first AutoArmor denied everything, only after ***** sending the pictures directly to AutoArmor did anything start to happen. Finally after some unpleasant conversations with AutoArmor they told me they would pay for a replacement camera but would not pay to have ***** fix it, that they would do it. That meant I would have had to go back to south ********* and sit for 3 to 5 hours while they cleaned up their mess. All of this was only accomplished after me creating quite a fuss. I told autoarmor that under no circumstances would I ever let them touch my truck again, and then finally after threatening them with spreading the facts about what has happened all over social media and contacting the better business bureau did they give in and agree to pay to have ***** fix their mess. That night a friend of mine, who had also bought the same truck model within a month or so of my buying mine, and getting a bed liner done by autoarmor sent me a picture of the mechanisms in his tail gate. It was immediately clear that autoarmor had covered all of the mechanisms on his truck but never covered the mechanisms on my truck which led to the failure. On both return trips that I made back to autoarmor to have the issue resolved they removed the cover panel and clearly saw what they has done, yet they refused to accept the blame for it. I will never return. I have pictures to prove this
