    Dropped off a switch to be repaired in January 2024 and he will not give it back he says he can't find it

    We would like to thank the customer for bringing this to our attention, while we do not handle repairs and only act as a drop off / pickup center for our repair partner, Yeti Game Repairs, we completely understand how frustrating it is to not be able to get your console back. We have been working with Yeti Game Repairs to help them get their workshop back in good standing, it seems they ran into several issues with their workshop that is preventing them from getting to several areas so that they can get repairs back to customers. We do ask that any and all updates, questions, or concerns be sent to our repair partner directly to their texting line **********.

    Over three years ago, I submitted two Guitar Hero 3 video game controller guitars (for PS3), for repairs. I have repeatedly contacted their business to get an update on the repair status. At first, I was patient, due to covid effecting shipping. They kept telling me that the parts they needed would be coming in with the next shipment, and they'd give me an estimate on 1 - 3 weeks. That time would pass and no one would contact me, so I have to call again, and they'd give me the same answer. At this point, I suspect they have no intention of giving me my property back.

All repairs are handled through our in-house repair partner Yeti Game Repairs, as we do not repair the products directly and act as a drop-off / pickup location, we will speak to them to see what is going on and to get this resolved ASAP.
