Company name - *************************** Owners- **** ****** ,**** ****** (AKA) ******. Accessible homes *** irrevocable Trust- ****** ******.(Accessible homes ***)-Owner **** ****** and his wife **** ****** have taken advantage of elderly individuals for many years, but this year it has STOPPED, but Im afraid they will just create another business using a different name as they have done in the past and therefore Im posting. I well try my best to keep it short as possible. On or about 2021- accessible Homes was hired to make a residential home handicap accessible. **** ******- advised the homeowner that they must pay upfront before starting the project. A total amount exceeding ******* was paid upfront by *** who is physically disabled. Not understanding how construction works we were both sickened to find out that Accessibile homes *** - did NOt have proper permits before working on the home and a STOP ORDER was issued by the municipal. On 6/29/2022 **** ****** was issued a protective order and was advised to STAY away from the residence he previously worked on.After ongoing harassment and attempting to hit my 2 children with his truck and threatening to burn the home he previously did work on the court order a 1 year protective order. On or about 10/20/2022 Accessible homes ***- Closed there business. There is currently an open civil case that has been ongoing for over 1 years concerning this matter as ******************- has put a construction lien on the home demanding that he be paid an additional $56,000, but because their business is in a irrevocable trust, even if we win morally, we lose financially. There for please be cautious with any big Home renovation and hire yourself a real estate attorney to ensure that you are also not taken advantage of in the future by any business .
