      They came to empty our dumpster. Our driveway was plowed and we have plenty of maneuvering room in parking area. ****** decided to back down our long curvy driveway and got stuck in the ditch. Took them hours to get unstuck and caused damage to trees, driveway, and poles at end of driveway. I called the office and asked if theyd at least run a plow once through to clean driveway back up. Was told that the owner said no they wouldnt have time. I looked down driveway and the truck pulling their dumpster truck had a huge plow on it. They were right there w a truck with a plow. Would have taken maybe 10 minutes. Waited until they were all done to see if the owner would change his mind. They ended up having to run the plow once through to get their truck out but that was it. Left ragged ditches and huge burm at the end of driveway. Husband called the office to ask one more time and they must have unmuted him before they meant to because he heard the owner say to tell them to shove it up their a**. This place has gone really downhill. I dont understand how people think they can get away with running a business like that anymore when its so easy for customers to post reviews everywhere! Like I mentioned, it would have taken 10 minutes of the plow truck guys time to make this right. All we asked is to fix the driveway. We will never be using them again. Were switching companies.
