      We booked and paid $232 for this bus tour in January 2024 in advance for May 2024. We showed up early to wait at the bus arrival point (Denali *******************) as instructed. There were ******* people waiting and we were told that our bus (#***) broke down. We waited for 30 minutes and called the number on our receipt to see if they would refund us. No, the girl said she was unaware of the bus being broken down. She refused to check on it. We found out from the hotel front desk that the 7:30am and 9:00am busses both broke down. After an hour and no bus, we decided to drive ourselves to the park to not waste time. We were only here for the day, so time was important. Ironically, we drove by the broken down bus with an "out of service" sign on it (I have a photo). We paid $232 for a bus ride/tour that never showed up and no one will issue a refund. After numerous attempts through emails and phone calls providing all types of evidence, they keep telling me the bus was available when it definitely was not.
