I have ****** ****** ********, I have to use a cane and standing for very long causes pain.I went a concert (Three Days ****** they were throwing in their backyard. The outside temperature was in the 50s and it was raining (with no coverings). It was standing room only, except for the higher priced ticket holders. The band was late and since there was no seating, I went into the restaurant who was holding the event to get a drink, rest and warm up before the show started. When I tried to go back to the concert in the backyard, I was denied re-entry. I was told since I went inside I could not attend the concert. Multiple others were being allowed back out, but I was stopped and denied.I was also yelled at when I parked, I have a handicap placard but was forced to move the car blocks away. Punishing me for seeking accommodations at the parking lot and event is a clear violation of my rights. There were no signs to indicate going into the building would result in loss of access to the event. The ground was gravel and I had no choice but to sit on it when I was outside (plus wet from all the rain). I also want to point out they had NO handicap bathrooms, handicap seating arrangements or drinking water (without having to pay $10) outside the restaurant. My mother contacted the manager, who was a woman at first, she stated that made no sense as to why I could not go back outside, others were allowed. She put her on hold to find out who did it, then a man gets on the phone saying he is the manager. He said going back out is not allowed and that security should have said something (after she pointed out there were no signs). There is nothing on their website indicating where handicap parking is...There is also nothing on their webpage that indicates any type of disabled accommodations. On the ticket webpage, it says no-reentry but does not clarify you cannot even go inside the *************** does it offer any type of alternate accommodations due to none being outside.
