    I am a general contractor in ******.....mainly commercial. My cousin had ***** do do some septic draws for he.......he basically riped her off....got over 2k from her and gave her a septic design/drawing that the muni of anchorage wont accept nor her bank!!!! She paid him and have not been able to get ahold of him since.....this was 2 months ago.....sounds like he is known for that...when she went to talk to muni.......the plans room department said he is notorious for turning in half done designs and not ever getting back to the owner or the muni and fixing the issues bye plan review!!!! I would gave no stars but it's made me give one

    We are Realtors in ****** who will not be using **************. EVER! He over charges for doing absolutely zero work, When questioned, he will file an inflated mechanics lien on your property.. He doesnt respond to emails on questions and says he has permission to work on a property...when he hasnt even answered any questions first.

    ***** has no customer service skills. Is very rude. Unresponsive. Tries to perform work without permission. Refuses to provide quotes for work needed to be completed without charging thousands of dollars first.
