    ****** and his crew were exceptionally professional and fair with pricing. They did both of our bathrooms with custom tile surrounds for the showers and even knocked out some drywall repair and texture match for our living room while they were there. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling work.

    Buyer beware! We hired Moore exclusive in January and after start date changes several times they finally ripped our bathroom out. And then left it with no work done for weeks. He would not respond to calls or messages, and when he did it was only with excuses. They finally stated putting it back together, but didn't do anything we requested. They put in a shower instead of a bathtub, didn't do any of the requested colors or design. We finally fired them in May. Upon looking on how to move forward we found issue after issue, until we ripped the entire bathroom out. They didn't plumb the walls, so instead "fixed" it will additional thin set and tile pieces they had. We pulled all but one tile off the walls with our hands. These are 12x24 in tiles and my kids would have been badly injured had one fallen. The ****** bed for the shower crumbled as we pulled it out, water barrier was installed behind cement board and they cut through a joist to install the drain of their choice for a shower, not the tub requested. The bathroom was never finished and has currently been demo to the studs to correctly install. He refused to return the funds remaining. If hired ensure you have more to repair!

    Worst experience ever with master bath remodel. No signed contract, used unskilled workers. Business model is to charge for high-end products and get bargain basement stuff from Lowes. Exhaust fan failed, causing major condensation and ice in attic. Had to totally demolish new shower Moore LLC tried to install. Most large tiles had less than 10% mud coverage, uneven grout lines, major lippage between tiles. Installed a broken switch. Totally covered house in drywall dust by not using any dust-control. Workers would show up late and dawdle for hours only to take a 2 hour lunch break and smoke and check phones all afternoon. Learn from our mistake! Get everything in writing!
