    I am looking to warranty the tools in the pics because r old and broken and I was given them by my dad befor he died and I was hoping I could keep the broken ones because them mean something. To me and get them replaced any way with out sending the broken ones back and tryed emailing us about but it would not go throw to email from. Mine idk y

    In february 2022 i puchased a tool box that cost roughly $8500 from snap on tool company after i had the tool box for a few months the drawer slides kept breaking and till this day they have broken 5 different times and have to wait roughly 2 weeks before slides are ordered and sent to me. i had asked snap on if they would just take the tool box back considering itrs been broken more than half the time ive owned it, they told me they would not take it back, but they said the only way they would take it back would be as a repo but they would take the toolbox, mess up my credit, and i would still be held financially responsible to pay for they box even if they would have taken it back. so i am coming to you guys in hopes you can help me get this tool box that keeps breaking sent back and get a full refund from snap on. thank you
