    May 5th I took my ************** to get summer tires mounted. After getting my car back I noticed scratches on my car and immediately took pictures of it and went to them to complain in which ***** came out, looked at them and claimed the scratches on the roof of my car looked like it was caused by a box. (The scratches on the roof of my car have a tire like tread scratching pattern, some kind of machinery did it, a box could not have caused it). I have a number of recordings speaking with multiple people trying to get ahold of the manager *****, chasing him around many many times. Calling him, leaving messages with no calls back, visiting the store to speak with him different hours with him always not being there. He spoke with my husband and told him he thought I was assuming he was trying to dodge responsibility, which I also have in recording. My husband called over a week ago telling them we are going to file small claims with them as ***** said he was going to make this right (also in a recording) and it has been months now. We were suppose to get a call back on Monday, (its Tuesday). I will not be surprised if we get no call as he clearly does not care about damaging customers property that they worked hard to obtain. I would like to be compensated for the damage they have done to my car and I dont know what else to do besides reaching out to the BBB and filing in court. I have never had a problem with this establishment and had trusted them with my car in the past. Since I was so worried about the paint being scratched in many places I didnt notice till a month later the damage they had also done to the lug nut covers with some even missing and I havent taken my car to any shop sense mobil lube 1. I tried to call and inform them but like the past I received no calls back and they dont usually answer from my number. Ive had to call multiple times on my husbands number for them to answer.

    I called Mobile lube 1 after a week of no update from making the BBB complaint. They surprisingly answered the phone. I asked for 250 dollars for compensation and they issued me a check. Even though they didnt reply to the BBB it did scare them into doing the right thing so I appreciate the BBB immensely.
