    My roommate and I move out of our home on 11/20 (Address: **********************************************************) and two days prior on 11/28 I received at text message notifying use that our propane heat ran out and the boiler requires a reset. We currently weren't living there so i drove there and reset it. The next day we went to do the final cleaning and I had to reset the boiler again but this time i called and requested our propane be filled, they came and I thought it was the end of it. Well now we received a $851.50 bill for heating, and we were suspicious that the bill was incorrect and we constantly called requesting a bill receipt. Lymburner ignored us, their front desk worker was incredibly rude so we just sucked it up and paid the bill. Now, I have a bill for $1,100.00 bill for "Bill from house freezing". the house was completely fine after they filled the propane. We haven't received a receipt for the damages, but they sill are not getting back to us.

    I understand there has been substantial confusion and contention regarding the bill applied to the 
    tenant's account. I've attached a copy of the invoice for reference: which includes the tech's 
    report of the work performed on the property. I've also attach.ad a copy of communications between 
    our ******************* team and ***************************, one of the lessees.

    The house was left vacant during the winter for more than 7 consecutive days, during which time the 
    tenants were responsible for maintaining the property. This responsibility includes ensuring 
    functioning utilities (heat, water, electricity). It is our understanding
    that during this period that the property was left vacant, none of the lessees or any of
    their possible associates stopped by to check on the property. They had not surrendered keys or                                                                                                          broken the lease prior to leaving the property vacant, so legally the property was still in their possession.


    We have only directly billed the tenants for services required to return the property to habitable 
    condition, and we have made reasonable efforts to explain that they are legally responsible to 
    maintain the utilities during the term of the lease.
