      Hi,On 5/24/24 I ordered a Sun-Mar compositing toilet from ABS. I paid using my Discover card over the phone. Originally they said they would have it by mid June, then when I asked again they said early July. Last time I spoke to them they said it was being shipped up from *******. I canceled my order for it 7/12/24, but still haven't received my money back and despite asking for my recipes multiple times over the phone and through email I still never received a receipt.The total amount for the order was $2,735.00, but that included solar panels which I didn't cancel. I just want my money back for the Sun-Mar Excel composting toilet that I ordered which was about $2,150 if I remember correctly. The staff is nice but doesn't seem to be well informed so it's really hard to get any real answers from them about my orders. When speaking to the manager, ***, he acknowledged that he's seen the emails I've sent but still never responded to them. I have no idea why and could get a straight answer about that when I asked why? So anything you could do to help would be much appreciated!Thanks!

      May 2023: agreed to purchase and paid $1546.00 for a deposit on a propane refrigerator. After contacting this business over 5 times and after 4 months of excuses I requested a refund. *** verbally promised to refund my deposit on my credit card on 3 different occasions over a 3 week period. I still have not received a refund and they refuse to return my calls. It is now Apr 2024 and this is still not resolved.

      We paid for a radio tower in June of 2023. It is now February of 2024. ABS Alaskan at first gave us many excuses why we had not received the tower yet (not in the state, delivered to wrong city, it would be here "by the end of the month"... We have received no tower and no refund, although we have asked for resolution multiple times. ABS Alaskan will not answer phone calls or emails. We want our money back.

      I have emailed *******************, ABS owner, and called/texted **** his Tech, with no returned communication of any type. ***** installed my solar system and battery set up, with a new inverter system (not sure I needed a new one) and talked into buying a diesel hot water heater to be used with the solar panels to supply the power for it. ***** was moved to ********* and left *********, the entire 4 layer project was turned over to Field Tech ****. I was told the solar panels I currently have are not hooked up to supply additional power (not sure why disconnected to begin with) and the original install was not grounded, thus with no grounding my livestock barn burned to the grounds in a matter of minutes from heat lamp spark, and had it been grounded it would shut off ( GFI i believe it is called) but aside from the power install, no barn was grounded from their power install to any barn nor generator room added. **** in turn grounded the generator room on last service call and promised to return to finish the "mess **** caused by original field tech. I need the servicing completed, as I have paid the entire bill and upon payment, have heard nothing responding to my communication.
