    The driver's side of my 2021 RAM TRX truck shattered November 19, 2023 during a cold snap at idle in a store parking lot. The rear defroster automatically turned on and it shattered. I contacted Juneau Auto Mall to have my warranty fix the window. I was told that my warranty doesn't cover it and to call claims. The rep at claims said that my window is covered by my warranty. I asked the rep to add that note to my account so that I can get it repaired. The rep ended up talking to Art who convinced the rep it is not covered. I paid for the window out of my pocket. ****** at Juneau Glass also mentioned my window should be covered under warranty as well as ************************* at State Farm, my insurance company. ****** even too video of him taking a hammer to the rest of my window to repair. I'm sure ****** would be happy to provide the video footage he took. I inquired with the ** at Juneau Auto Mall if my warranty would cover my window. He did not respond. I have had my vehicle under a year. I have GAP insurance, State Farm, and bought my vehicle under warranty. I would like my window (with an estimated total of $1550) to be paid for by Juneau Auto Mall and to be reimbursed my deductible ($500.00) I paid to Juneau Glass for it to be repaired, which was repaired12/27/24.

    I purchased a new vehicle in July of 2023 and opted for the Factory extended warranty. The purchase was made completely over the phone and at my local bank. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle in Juneau the warranty was not what we talked about over the phone. The warranty was only ***** miles and not ****** miles. I was told at the time of pick up that ****** would mail me the paperwork for the warranty. After several months and no paperwork I reached out to ****** and they tell me there is no record of me purchasing a warranty. I send them my sales order and service agreement contract and they tell me its not legible ( last page of a carbon copy) I have spent several hours on the phone with ****** with them telling me they cant reach anyone at the dealership and I have called the dealership multiple times myself and have not been able to reach anyone.

    The company contacted me and set me the correct paperwork for the extended warranty. The case can be closed out showing that the company fulfilled it obligations properly.
