      In January of 2024 our septic system failed so we hired Alaska Drilling to put it a new system after a very cold spell they put in the system was done Feb 9 2024. Being so cold they told us that they would be back in the spring to fine tune it. Well spring has come and gone and still nothing from the company about when they will be here to fix it. We have gone by what they told us and now its one excuse after another. Nobody will call us to talk to us about anything. The lady who answers the phone has been absolutely no help at. Like I said excuse after excuse. All I want is my yard fixed like like they told me they would do in the spring.

      We went over to **************** to help the resident be able to use the toilet again and finished around February 2024 (invoice shows 2/8/2024). During winter the ground is so frozen that the dirt compacts tight in large clumps which doesn't allow us to smooth out yards in the winter. We start make a list of clean *** for septics in October/November, we have a list of 16 other resident who have been waiting longer than February 2024. My secretary has told them that we start clean-*** in the beginning of June and that there is a list, and **************** is on the list. She has told them she would keep them updated, unfortunately we do not have solid timelines on when we can get there because we never know how long the jobs prior on the list is going to take. As of now we are going as fast as we can and are going to get through the list in order. We ask our customers to please be patient as we are a family-owned business and sometimes there is delays and we can't get things done as fast as we like to. My dad and I are the owners and are constantly out of the office and are unable to get to the phone, I have a callback book, but it's been a busy summer already.
