      After ordering from this small business in the past without issue, I wanted to support them again for the holidays and order a few gifts for family. I placed my order on Black Friday 2024. The order was in pre-shipment from 12/2/2024 and never updated. After 2 weeks, I emailed Alaskan Apparel to see what the deal was. They said that they shipped the order and **** probably forgot to scan it. I told them I would be patient and see if it arrived. Christmas came and went and still nothing, no update on tracking. I requested a refund on 12/26/2024. They replied that their customer service is closed until the following Monday and acted like they were doing me a favor claiming they felt "awful" about it. Yeah okay. They issued me a partial refund on 12/28 but I never got my $15 shipping back which is not acceptable. I won't be supporting this small business again. Their customer service is severely lacking.
