I tried to contact the person, and they said I was "forcing them to give me care" and terminated the services.-not an advertising issue.

    Business Response

*************** has never contacted me about this experience.  Per ******************* attached correspondence, I believe there is adequate evidence to show that there was a personal dispute regarding a lease/roommate situation.  And believe this complaint is an attempt to continue to attack and harass me.

The acupuncture point *************** is referring to is DU-16.  I am 100% trained to needle this point and any acupuncture point on the body.  My partner, **************** ********, is an esteemed Chinese Medicine Professor, who works at **************************************, specializing in Chinese Medicine Psychiatry. He is considered one of the top experts in the country.  I consulted with him about ******************* case and he recommended the use of DU-16.  I used the appropriate 1 cun needle, that absolutely wouldn't be capable of touching ******************* actual skull.

I have attached a text correspondence sent from *************** where she asks me to repeat the treatment as it had massive positive effects (which she shared with me during her next appointment, stating something to the effect that she has not experienced happiness in a long while like she did after that first treatment using DU-16. After the first treatment, I needled DU-16 in two more separate appointments at the client's request.

I am rejecting this response because:

-I am not trying to harass this individual. **************** stated that I did not reach out to her, but if I did, that would have been inappropriate. As seen in the email I attached to my original submission, she stated she wanted to stop treating me. If I had reached out to her, I feel that would have been harassing, and I was trying to address this professionally. Another provider recommended that I utilize this forum.

-I agree with **************** and the text she provided. She did it to me twice before, and I did not have a complaint. However, as can be read in the email in my original submission, her conduct on that night was different, which led me to discuss with multiple people about whether I should continue to see her; they instructed me not to. I believe that the unfortunate conduct of that night led her to not perform the procedure as she had in the past. If she claims to have formal training, that is good to know.

-Please see the attached two documents. One is from my therapist, who brought to my attention how much I was complaining about my pain in sessions to the point that he was recording the dates without me knowing out of concern. The second is where I reached out to my primary care provider on 08.16.24, who I believe knows ****************, as we have discussed her before. I reached out for guidance on the situation because I was fearful; I had not experienced something like that before. It shows not only additional documentation of my pain but also that I did not use ******************** name. I did not even mention her gender to try not to cause **************** damage in her professional/personal realm in case my primary care provider picked up on the use of "her" or "she." (I removed my name from the documents as the BBB website stated not to use personal information).

-I am not trying to harass **************** or aggravate other situations. I am not asking for any compensation. I did not even ask for a refund in my original submission. I am simply trying to address a concern professionally, as I do not want another client to experience what I have been experiencing.

    Sincerely,

    ***********************
