      The owner and/or the employees consistently verbally harassed me (on two separate occasions one year apart approximately) to continually put money in the meter as soon as I arrived on the premises. They used their size and *** to try and intimidate me as I was lowered down inspecting my vehicle before I began washing- checking for loose mud flaps before pressure washing as I had just came from the tire shop where they put my winter tires on, summer tires off and put new nuts and bolts in the flaps. If something were to happen to one of them or any other vehicle part during the wash and I had not inspected my vehicle prior I would have no grounds to stand if the car wash pressure washer pressure was to high and damaged my vehicle or if it was the tire shop who didnt properly tighten things or my own fault for spraying too hard too close. The other incident I complied to the employees request to pull out of the wash bay if I was done or to put more money in the meter. After I pulled out they approached me again and continued to lecture me on their procedures, I reminded him I will no longer be using their company for car washing services and to please leave me alone as I felt threatened by the employees proximity, size, and aggressive conversation and I felt as they were beginning to verbally harass me at that point. I am a paying customer who is always very kind, low voice level, and polite words however I feel the common decent courtesy in the customer service world is completely gone from This establishment. As I tried to have a polite conversation with the employee, the employee raised their voice level and tried to prevent me from leaving while without my permission taking pictures of me and my vehicle- I believe that isnt illegal but Im not giving the owner permission to post those online. I highly do not recommend paying the minimum $5 for their rude services. Midas is ****** is better.
