Aug 2023 had a pipe break in crawl space of house. Called TCM and plumber. Plumber fixed the leak. *** showed up to take care of the water and possible mold. For about 6 weeks they had dehumidifiers in crawl space. Had a supervisor come out (********) and tell me, there is no evidence of mold. He never went in the crawl space, he went into bathroom and looked around the toilet and tub.Over the summer of 2024, we noticed mold behind the toilet. A *** came out and stated the mold could not be from the work they did and was new. Provided a quote of $1700 for mitigation.Went into crawl space and saw mold in many places, and especially at the floor joist that water what hitting on from the broken pipe,Called left messages, no response. Went into office and asked for return call, nothing. Went into office with pictures, no response. Have not received a call back at all.Have spoke to Office Payables manager requesting call back, nothing. This is also the woman spoke to when dropped off pictures.Between August 2023 and when equipment removed, they never contacted my insurance company with information. The adjuster called and left messages and called me to contact them. No response from the company until an invoice at the end was submitted to the adjuster.

On 4/3/23 a TCM estimator met with myself at my property to provide an insurance estimate for roof repair/smoke damage. I was told work could begin in 2-3 weeks after the snow was gone. On 4/10/23, TCM sent another estimator out because the first one was not comfortable doing the estimate. The new estimator took months to provide an estimate that was inaccurate multiple times and the process dragged on all summer with the insurance company. It all comes down to TCM failed to send the properly qualified individuals to my residence to properly conduct an estimate.4/28/23 - TCM Estimator and TCM General Manager approved a pre construction agreement to order the wood products from lower 48 and provide engineer analysis - cashed my $10,000 check on 5/12/23. These products are still not ordered as of today and only engineer analysis performed was paid for by insurance company.7/12/23 - Emailed TCM General Manager about my concerns of having a roof repaired this summer - no response.7/20/23 - TCM General Manager, Project Manager, and Corporate Guy met at my house, when I was away, this was the first indication they started to look for a subcontractor to do the work.7/31/23 - General Manager told me a subcontractor was going to look at my roof in the next week or two - no one showed up to look at my roof.8/3/23 - TCM cashed my second check for $57,497.23 to begin work. No work has been performed to date.8/11/23 - I found a subcontractor to perform the work on my roof that would work under TCM.This is a very brief synopsis of some of the highlights of my notes due to the word count on this site, but TCM is not performing to their signed contracts. They were hired to manage/get this project done and I've been doing all their work/managing them. The lies from TCM employees need to stop, and I need to see some results and now. The General Manager won't return my phone calls/emails - it's like TCM thinks this is free money and they don't have to do their job.

The repair work and insurance claim need to be closed out by 3/27/2024 because the insurance will only cover me out to 1 year from date of fire.  The TCM Restoration Estimate is substantially higher than the insurance approved estimate because TCM simply cannot get their act together and provide accurate estimates in a timely manner.  My insurance company has said no more estimates, payments, etc until work is actually being performed due to the unbelievable amount of estimate changes by TCM - it's like amateur hour with TCM.  With winter rapidly approaching there is little time left to perform this construction before it is too late.  TCM is ultimately setting me up to be left with a massive repair bill that will not be covered by insurance because they repetitively lie to me, don't do their job, and timeliness is not the priority.  Since July it's been very clear to me TCM signed the Pre Construction Agreement back in May with zero intent to fulfill because they didn't have a subcontractor to provide a material list and were incapable of making the material list themselves - the whole reason behind this agreement was to get the material on order and shipped to ****** from the lower 48 because it will take at least 3 weeks to receive.  I'm currently utilizing equipment from another restoration company to restore parts of my house back to a serviceable condition because TCM will not do their job.  I need a signed guarantee this work will be performed in a satisfactory manner in accordance with the ********************** codes and completely finalized (to include all final payments received by insurance) no later than 3/27/2024 and if an amount is still outstanding after said date TCM will be responsible for the difference between actual costs and insurance payments received.  This is project possible to still be accomplished during this years building season, but TCM needs to do their job and manage their employees effectively.  There's ************ why the demo permit could not have been accomplished back in ****** **** Code Compliance Inspection accomplished in ****** ******** consulted and drawings done in ****** ******** permit filed in ********** ********* (Wood) ordered in May, and subcontractor sourced in ************ project should have been completed by now.
