    A little bit of information about using Mileur's Guide Service for Mountain Goat Hunting on Kodiak Island. I would steer away from this man. He says one thing, does another. He took my son and I, with 2 other hunters to **** goat on Kodiak Island knowing there were no ***** goats near our camp. The pilot and guide scanned the area before they flew in. Nothing but nanny goats was in range of us. He knew this, yet he still set up camp at his old bear site, about 20 yards from ocean. Terrible time with wind, waves, storms. His cooking, hygiene areterrible. He doesn't know how to wash his hands or cooking pots, he is disgusting. Very uncouth. He says one thing, does another. He put 2 hunters on other lake where at least 15 ***** goats. A huge lake, could have built a camp on either side, but no. He put us on the ocean knowing serve storms coming 3-4 days. Hunted 1 day. 4 days storming, we left. We couldn't take it no more, no goats to be seen. Pilot flew around area before we left, talked to him, he said, oh yeah, the guide knows there are no ***** goats, just a handful of nanny goats. Yet he still took us in there anyway because he doesn't care, he just wants your money. Anyone thinking about booking with this man, I would not. He is untruthful, *************** books hunts for him knows he is not truthful, knows the kinds of things he does, yet still books hunts for him. Both are after the money. Definitely steer away from this man for any ****. The guide's son is thinking of doing the business because he is thinking of retiring. The son was successful with one of the other goat hunters where they were hunting on the other lake. They got a ***** goat but the other hunter, was old, in good shape, couldn't climb the steep mountains that they said wasn't too bad to climb. They lied; these mountains were very steep. So, my advice to anyone thinking of booking with this company or guide service. I would not. Stay clear, book with someone who is reliable and save your money.
