    For sometime; our family has used Passages a few times & has greatly benefited from their compassion! And very caring service. 1st time, I was intensely "tore up" & Never ever would have dreamed that I could have been SO VERY CALMED, even through the process; due to Dr. ****** extreme ************************ One of my remarks I wrote in her comment book was: THIS was one of the best major LIFE Decisions I have ever made....note, my heart breaks for ****, that was shocking. For you readers I will comment such an incident must be extremely rare & doubtful of any other mishaps. I'd believe they'd be totally diligent moving forward.

    Horrendous service. My dog was cremated without prior notice, last viewing or paw print. Incompetent and indifferent staff.

    I am sorry your experience with us was so unsatisfactory and has resulted in more pain for you and your family. It is never easy to lose a friend and I deeply regret the misunderstanding that led us to cremate Fluff before you could sit with him one last time. Going forward we will strive to communicate more clearly with our clients so this does not happen again.
