    The ** sent to the co. Subject: Dispute action. To Whom it may concern, We In response to your accusations regarding my lack of integrity stating I was trying to get a free product. You know how hard I tried to return everything. The salesman was very deceptive, never gave me the bottom line price. Stated costs $24, 35 not hundreds therefore I thought $s not thousands. Obviously your company preys on older women and cruise passengers. When I received the receipts they were handed back to me rolled up. After I reviewed them, I never imagined it would cost so much, I would never spend that kind of money. I did see the return policy and I did return about an hour after purchasing them. I did another phone the next day and was told over the phone that I will never win a dispute because everything was recorded and videotaped. This first transaction which was over $6,000 of beauty products, I bit the bullet on since I did take them with me after being coerced into it. Your company has already received this. The second transaction, hair product, which was on a different card, the one in dispute. I did receive a package, it had a paper flyer only of recroe and the facial product. Since I did not receive anything I hoped you cancelled my order as I had requested. After I received my credit card bill, I tried to contact you but no answer and no *********** This is when I filed a dispute. I only wanted to be reimbursed, I never wanted any of the products- free or otherwise. I just wanted to return items and the transactions cancelled. I believe you and your company are the ones deceiving and preying on others, especially older women. I did try to resolve this and contacted you 3xs. I did NOT receive the product, dont want it, never did. This email will also go to the credit card company and I will be in touch with the better business bureau regarding your tactics and practices.
