    He came to look at my dryer he said it need a part that was very expensive $195.00 and that I needed to transfer the money to his account because he get pay for parts first then after I transferred the money he disconnected his phone and never called or refunded my money he is a thief working in our community ripping people off and getting away with it

    On June 6, 2023, ************************* performed services on a ******* refrigerator to investigate why it stopped working. ************************* stated that the motor needed to be repaired and the refrigerator also needed freon in which case he quoted me $80.00 for freon and $374.00 for the motor. He also stated that it would be approximately one week before the part came in. I also had him investigate my water heater which was intermittently giving hot water. Concerning the hot water heater, he stated that it was not his level of expertise and recommended another company however, if I wanted him to explore the problem more in depth, he could however it may be a little more costly. I opted for another company. A check was made out to ************************* for refrigerator repair in the amount of $454.00. The check was cashed on 8Jun2023. No services have been provided since he cashed the check. Specifically he was to replace the refrigerator motor and cooling agent.A week had passed and I tried contacting ************************* at ************. I left a few messages over the next few weeks with no contact. When I finally made contact with him, he stated that he needed to call me back. I finally texted him asking him for the parts so that I could have someone else perform the work. There was no response. Last time I spoke with him was June 27. He stated that the part was in and he could come out Wednesday or Thursday. I did not hear from him nor did he reach out to me. I last tried to contact him on 5 July. His phone stated that he was not accepting calls at this time. No invoice was provided however the cancelled check and information from USAA, my bank is uploaded. Check number ****.

    We want a refund for services not delivered to us. On October 14th, 2022 we paid a balance of $554. This amount included maintenance for our clothes dryer for $75. The balance was for a refrigerator repair. *** advised us what part was needed for our refrigerator repair and charged us in advance for the part and repair to be done. On October 27 *** advised me by text that he had received the part and could come by the next day on Friday, October 28. After not connecting with Us, he offered to come by on Saturday, October 29. That did not happen. We received a text from *** on October 30 that said he was in the hospital and will be in touch. Since that time I have I have called multiple times and sent multiple texts. I have gotten no communication back from ***. We want a refund for services not delivered. We sent a certified letter in the mail on November 10. It was refused. Again we cannot connect with *** in any of our attempts by mail text or phone call.
