      We called the office of Talkeetna Refuse to make a payment. We gave them our credit card number, she read it back. But somewhere along the way she( the Woman who answers the phone / secretary ) got a different credit card number and ran it five times. So after two weeks of no service we called. We called them for a week and no one answered the phone. We left messages to give us a call. They never did. Then both my husband and I called them at the same time and they finally answered, at this time its three weeks of no service. The secretary said that the card we gave her, she gave us the last four numbers, wasnt working. We pulled all of our credit/debit cards out and none of them ended in the last four numbers she gave to us. She illegally used and withheld someones credit card number and tried to charge it five times. We never gave them permission to withhold our credit card information. She gave us massive attitude and blames us for her clerical error. I have reached out and sent them an email. They sent one back saying we have to pay for the services( $205.71) and an additional deposit of $171. This is way over what we are suppose to pay. We pay $86.91 a month. We are behind by two months. We never agreed on a deposit of $171 for cans that we personally bought. They are attempting to extort us, thinking we dont know our rights. They, at talkeena refuse, stopped sending me emailed receipts. The secretary claimed that she sent a receipt when it was charged. But i never received a receipt. I have looked through all my emails. There is nothing. We have checked with our bank and there is no attempts to charge our account, I spoke with ****** at USAA. According to ****** at USAA the last payment made to them was the 26th of July 2022, today is the 5th of August 2022.
