    This group are no good you have to watch them every step they will even murder you for $400

    The Borough contracted Ficklin to plow my neighborhood this past season. They plowed down my mailbox along with several others on my street in November 2023 and have refused to replace it. I followed the proper channels by reporting the issue through the Borough's incident reporter. After an unreasonable amount of phone calls and emails over the past 6 months between them, myself, and the Borough, Ficklin finally tells me in May 2024 they will not replace it. I called in frustration to ask why and the desk manager, ****, barely even spoke to me before rudely hanging up on me. In a follow-up email, she accused me of being verbally abusive. Not only is this untrue, this is a complete embellishment of the way the conversation went down and it was said to cover her own unprofessional actions and behavior, which were embarrassing. She is clearly incapable of dealing with the countless amount of clients and constituents her employer has angered. Her bad attitude and lack of professionalism represent a company that has her same values and lack of empathy for the people they serve. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

    These people plow with complete disregard for personal property. They refuse to fix what damage. They have nocked down my mailbox 4 times in the past 4 years and take no responsibility.
