    Signed a contract in May for a detached office build in my backyard, with Aurora Fabrications. After several month of no activity or follow up information, I reached out to Aurora Fabrications in July and Aug requesting a start date and each time got a response of should be any day now or I have my foundation guy headed over there soon. No one ever showed up or even stopped by to look at the future build site. We decided to cancel the project, after getting an uneasy feeling from this company. Aug 5th, I informed the contractor of the cancellation. Was told to sit tight and theyll get me a refund. Week goes by, I again have to call them. Was told they dont have the funds to cover my refund, but to sit tight again and that I was eligible for a 100% refund due to no materials being purchased. Several weeks go by and they finally mail my refund check Sept 12th for only ******, a difference of ***** dollars. The attached invoice claims materials purchased and a 900 admin fee for service. All for a project that was never started. The check they mailed was rejected by my bank for lack of funds. As of today Sept 17th Ive called the owner several times and no one now is returning my calls. I have not received a ***** of my refund.
