    On April 25th I purchased a rebuilt starter from Central pacific rebuilders in ******* Alaska, after 3 months and only being used 4 times the starter went bad, when purchasing the starter for a total of $305.96 was told there was a 6 month warranty period if anything was to go wrong bring it back and a replacement would be given. When it went bad I took it to the ******* location where I was told it was loud but still functional, when I disagreed the gentleman contacted his boss which said I needed to bring it to *********, when I contacted ********* *************************************************************************************************************** the next day, for which they did not, I contacted them at 245pm and asked why did it have to be brought into *********, what was the time frame on getting a replacement, for which time the general manager ****** became very rude and disrespectful, when I said I would be contacting the bbb regarding this issue and the rudness I encountered I was abruptly hung up, when I called back which was several times I was hung up on and when contact was made I only asked for contact information for someone that he talks too for which time was hung up on again, one hour later I enter the business with the starter to be simply dropped off was bomb barded with I will respect him (******) that I was rude to the receptionist, and the ******* worker (for which I was not) I calmly several times stated I was just dropping off any complaints I have will sorted out through other avenues, he (******) was very rude confrontational and disrespectful, all I want is for the warranty to be honored, and for me to go about my business, me and my business will not be doing anymore business this this place
