    Broken promise's, no communication and or follow up! I have never worked so hard to try to give someone money. Fortunately was able to cancel before I was strung out too far!

    Our experience with Guaranteed Services with LLC is that they left all the debris the should have been cleaned up and also damaged our fence and gate. They left BIG ruts from the heavy duty equipment they were using. This is hazardous for senior citizens to navigate. After we paid the whole amount, ***** said if he had that young man that was working for him this year, he would be nice and com back with soil and level it out for another $700. After a month or so ***** called my wife and said the electrician sent him the bill instead of sending it to us. We strongly believed the electricians bill was included in the $26000 bill. We understood we could not use the bathrooms. We luckily have an old motorhome. In the middle of the construction work, he told us he needed another $17000 because of Anchorage's regulations. As my wife has 3 stents in her heart and other health conditions and I have **** there was no way I would jeopardize my wife's health. When you are our age(77 and 86), safety means more than money so we paid the extra $17000.
