    On December 5th, *** with Alaska Smart Homes installed my Starlink. After coming across his business on ******** Marketplace, I left a message for him. He responded by the days end. He was friendly and accommodating with my schedule.He and his assistant **** came the day before to assess the scope of work. They arrived on time and were considerate enough to ask about removing their shoes before entering my home. They looked at the hardware and where the wiring would terminate inside/outside my home. They were very efficient and friendly. Once *** had all the information he needed, he promptly texted me a firm quote and set up an appointment for the following day.On the day of the install, once again they were on time and quickly took to their task. The conditions outside were extremely icy due to the recent heating/freezing temps. *** expressed his safety concerns about his ladder feet remaining in place. Rather than reschedule, he decided to back his truck up to allow the rear tire to brace the ladder. His creative thinking allowed the work to continue as planned. During the course of his work, he was communicative with me, asking if I was OK with the wire placements. Initially I was concerned with the appearance of the exterior wires against my new home. They were completely hidden behind my facia and looked professional and aesthetically pleasing. I am extremely happy with the quality of their work and their friendly disposition. *** is passionate about his business and focuses on catering to the average homeowner. With our current demand for Smart home technology, he is filling a much-needed niche. His quality of work is impeccable, his service is outstanding, and his price point is competitive. I highly recommend him over anyone else out there! *** T
