    I placed a same day delivery order on Monday, November 18, 2024. I was grateful the service was available because I have multiple chronic illnesses, and Im currently off work because I am in a flare and have been having a lot of pain. I havent driven in the past week because I have been feeling so bad. I tried calling Walgreens several times yesterday because my order Stated that they were out for delivery and were arriving November 20 by 12:09 AM. I had trouble when I called the Wasilla pharmacy. The first time I called, A while after it told me I was the first caller in the quo, I was disconnected. I called again and waited over an hour.. Some time after it got down to my being the first ****** In the quo, I was again disconnected. Later in the afternoon, I received a message from ******** saying that my order from Walgreens was canceled. When I look at my order status, its still today showing that its out for delivery and should arrive by November 20 at 12:09 AM.. I called this morning and was put on hold, and no one picked up. I tried again because my symptoms are worsening without my medication. A nice lady answered when I called the number to contact about the order.. When she offered to transfer me to the local store, I started crying and asked her to call since I knew they wouldnt answer. She was kind and O was reassured she was talking for me because as soon as it connected to the store, the man working there clearly said in a really bothered tone, Oh God and sighed. This man told me I would have to call doordash about the cancelled delivery. I asked him if they even did same day delivery there and he said they did not. I told him I didnt have a number for that Doordash order.. I told him that should be Walgreens responsibility. He said again that I would need to call them. I asked something else and he didnt respond.. I asked if he was there and he hung up. As a ****** with multiple chronic illnesses I feel extremely devalued. This isnt right.
