      Hired NC machinery to evaluate my CAT **** in my boat. Two kids from ** show up, tell me my starter is frozen and they can't crank the motor by hand so the cylinders must be *****. For the next 6 months I shopped around for a new motor until one day I happened to run into a friend who said "don't trust **, get a second opinion". Well, my second opinion told me nothing was wrong with my starter, he was easily able to turn the engine by hand, found the cylinder compression to be excellent, charged the battery and was able to start the motor using the existing starter, running at optimum temperature. Nothing wrong with this engine. Apparently ** lied to me. Stay far, far away from NC Machinery.
