    I found out I have a rare brain ************* health took precedence.I have ************** 2, my brain is, literally, falling out of my skull, & could kill me eventually. It has consumed my life since, I was told by the bank, they would not help me & if they werent, the BBB wont either, so, take your loss. I have believed, this whole time, I had no recourse. It has caused much psychological trauma above what I have. Issues of which I was open with staff about at Cloud9.I tried resolution through my bank, Cloud9 staff lied & told them I just didnt like my services/results. Bank never spoke to me once. Ive been seeking help ever since.I paid several thousand dollars to this gal for CoolSculpting on my abs & using their Sauna Blanket.I received ***** on my side from the CoolSculpting & the staff repeatedly made mistakes with sauna equip, 4 times I had to go show them the ************** ignored it. THE ***** WAS UNKNOWLEDGABLE/UNTRAINED on most of the equipment. I wasted at least $2,000, aside from other services paid for & not rendered or rendered INCORRECTLY & UNSAFELY.Ive called, emailed ******** messages for 2 years & ABSOLUTELY ZERO RESPONSE from Cloud9-AT ALL. The last sculpting package I purchased, 10 for almost $2-3000, I was able to use one. I asked for refund of that package if I was going to be treated as such while the machines did NOT work or services rendered incorrectly.AK USA REFUSED TO FOLLOW UP AS CLOUD9 OWNER TOLD THEM Miss *** was unhappy with her results. We did everything we could. Implying, I am unhappy with my looks & self. That I was unhelpable, they did all they could. Thats not true.I was unhappy because of horrid treatment, untrained staff, non working equipment, receiving permanent scarring from them & being polarized & entirely ignored by, both, **************** believe, since theyve never ever responded 1 time..they knowingly used my health against me & intentionally lied to the bank too. THAT IS FRAUD.
