    My roof ridge vent on the left side looks defective and need to be adjusted to match right side., Business owners came out to look at problem but stated nothing was wrong and refused to adjust/repair ridge vent. I paid $400 cash for roof ridge vent on 9/27/2024. I am requesting the left side to be adjusted or fixed to my satisfaction.

    We did this in October she contacted us in April. We went out to look and see what she was talking about. There was nothing wrong with the Ridge Vent. Theres no leaks. The problem is the plywood under the shingles which we did not do she was telling us about the roofers that she had just had out before that how they would not respond to her would not come out and take care of the roof before And thats why she contacted us so their events fine if they wanted to send somebody to check it out.
